Where Throttle Feeling When Driving

I am noticing some weird feelings on the throttle pedal when driving my focus round corners and up hills. When I drive round a roundabout for example the car feels like it's surging and pulling back even though I am holding my foot on the throttle pedal still. I get the same feeling do when driving up a steep incline, say if I am going up a still hill in second gear doing around 15/20mph it feels like the car is not pulling smooth, it feels all jolty and I get surges in power even though I am not accelerating but keeping my foot still on the accelorator

Hope I made that sound clear any ideas as I have a 2 month warranty that runs out soon.
