hi, will a 1.25 engine from mk5 1997 fiesta fit a mk6 2003? different engine codes but will it still go?

    I would take a firm stab at saying if they are both Zetec SE engines or (Black top) then yes they 'should' interchange, the engine mounts might be different but i would have thought that the mounts on the block will be in the same position and the mounts could be changed across.
