06 Focus Rear Lower Arm Seized Bolt

Have a 2006 ford focus 1.6 tdci which had a rear spring break, Have tried to undo the bolt to release the spring carrier but the sleeve in the bush has corroded it's self to the bolt. Is this a common fault and is there a trick to getting out of this problem.

I've tried plenty of wd40, heat and hitting it with a hammer! But to no avail, Any advice or tips would be welcomed.
