Morning All,

When using my factory Bluetooth to call someone this morning they were complaining of it crackling and me sounding like a darlek when I spoke.

I could hear them fine and also when using Voice control the car picked up on every command.

Anyone come across this before? What was the fix? Hope it is not a module as it is only a year and half old!

I tried de-bonding my phone and re-bonding again but it is still the same.

i would try calling someone else to see if the matter is infact your system and not the phone that the person you were calling had.

I did call three different people. It was the same for all of them.

Try pairing a different phone to the car and try that

When I got back in my car to go home yesterday it was all fine again and has been today too! So, something must have just been having a hissy fit!

Its a standard bt issue. Try updating your phone and bt software. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it wont
