Nathan_M
Right now then she is ready for her first service under my command, and she has only done 25700 miles since being new way back in the day in 2004, i will list below what i think is necessary then feel free to add or omit things that i dont really need. oil + Filter change Air filter clean/replace (original) Spark Plug's (original) Brake system strip down check for wear level New wipers ( i will do this myself) i cannot think of anything else to be honest that will need doing, its MOT time early September so i will get this all done on one day, im thinking £200 quid for all of the above, is this reasonable? or am i talking more these days? wase16ll
pollen filter if fitted would also consider changing the brake fluid as that can deteriorate with age, not mileage
SeanW
oil, filters and plugs are easy DIY jobs and shouldn't take too long to do (couple of hours including the obligatory cuppa)
Nathan_M
Problem is I only have 1 day off a week at the minute and it's a lot of effort to sort it all, and seeing as it's Mot due as well I'm just going for the garage this time. Is 20 quid a decent price for 2 front Bosch aerotwins?
SeanW
Fair enough lol That's about average for the wipers
