Now this might be a newbie question, but my roof bars are open on the top edge, is there not supposed to be some trim in there, also missing driver side rear cap of the roof bar too.

    Mine are the same no top covers, but have end caps front and rear on the roof rails.. don't know were you would get them from you could try ebay for the front missing cap or car brakers.

    Ill look for a cap, I was sure there was covers missing, it just looks wrong, no wonder I cant find any covers when they not made LOL
