Paintwork

Featured Replies

Hi guys, new to the forum, but really hope someone could please help.

My Fiesta is only 3, but has got paintwork peeling away on the front bumper. Its only the size of a large matchbox at the moment, but it peels like cling film, so worried it gets worse.

First, whats wrong?

Second, how do i fix it?

Thanks in advance :)

Looks like the lacquer is peeling off... Check your warranty on paint/corrosion Im sure its eithe three or six years

Take it back to the dealership you got it from

Thanks for the replies folks. Just checked the service handbook - supposedly paint surface warranty is only 1yr, 3 for vans etc. but i've got it booked into the garage i bought it from so they can have a look.
