I need advice on a few things really

First thing is oil change. What oil is best without breaking bank. Also is there anything I should buy to do the oil change e.g. anything I should replace?

Also I've been doing little mods, my latest being an exhaust change and next I want to upgrade the air filtering system but not sure on what to buy? Any suggestions please would be great

Later I am looking at slightly lowering and same as air system I need advice on what to buy. I don't want to go too low that I have to be over careful over bumps etc

    I'm pretty certain your owners manual says which oil Ford recommends for the car.

    I know for the mk7.5 they recommend Castrol.

    As for stuff to change, you need a new oil filter (they're dirt cheap though), which model I cannot say - again refer to the owners manual :-)
