Side Light Bulbs For 2012 Fiesta Metal

Featured Replies

Hi folks, i wonder if someone out there could tell me how to change the side light bulbs on my Fiesta Metal. I know how to change the main headlight, but cant seem to work out how to change the side light bulb, want to change it for some led ones, much brighter and longer lasting.

cheers

Hi Tracey,

if its anything like mine, they are just push in, You would remove the spring retaining clips on the headlight, then just pull out, however the sidelights are just a pull fitment, so apply a reasonable force when you pull the bulb holder, and slowly twist the fitment so that it helps to pull out.

If you haven't sussed it already, it's much easier if you remove the whole headlight assembly. See the Fiesta bulb change guide in the Guides section:

Done this myself a few times now & it's pretty easy as the sidelight bulbs are just a push fitting.

The indicator bulbs can be a :censored: pain to get out though if you are changing them.
