When do you think we should close the poll and make the final decision. Looks like its gonna be Donnington. I hoped more people would come to be honest. Wanted a good 20 of us!

What details would we need to pass onto somebody, and who is that person going to be? Mobile number, details of car etc.

well we have ages to go until the meet so i reckon we leave it another couple of weeks on the poll. I'm not sure if we realy need to pass around names and numbers tbh, if we just get a list of how many people are going then say it will be at this place on this day and at this time then everything will be ok, or am i missing something?

Thinking about it, I could add them all to a spreadsheet and host it on my website, updating it each time a new member is confirmed? I would put my number on straight away to give a kind of "trust me" approach?

I could also text each person confirming them etc like a proper little business? I think a spreadsheet of names and people attending would be more appropiate as it would bring an aspect of organization to the event?

- I'll add your name to the spreadsheet and update it online.

- reply to the PM with a message saying your name has been added, as well as a link to the spreadsheet.
