Trip Computer Says 0 Miles And Car Wont Start

Featured Replies

Hi all

Can somebody please help me!

I last drove my car on Wednesday night and I had no problems, but tried to start my car this morning and It will not start. It starts whirring but it won't catch. The lights on the dash show as normal when I turn the key but the trip computer shows zero miles. Can any body point me in the right direction? Or a link to a previous post? The car is a fiesta mk6 08.

Thanks

Trip computer saying 0 miles to empty? Car wont start? No fuel?

Happened to us once, car parked on slope wouldn't start in the morning. Used a couple of litres out of the lawnmower can and away she went ;)

It does sound like you have no fuel, or at least none that can reach the fuel pump.

Do you have any fuel, or when was the last time you topped up?

How many miles have you done?

Its always possible that you have been siphoned if you had fuel there previously?

What was the outcome of this Matt?
