jamesm182
Hi Matthew welcome to the club and a nice motor you have there. Don't see many of those old beasts around now and looks in fairly good condition too! :)

Hawkeye92
Welcome to the club! Looks like a wicked collection you've got there, I'm mega jealous! You planning on doing much work to the Sierra?
waxdaddy
Welcome to the club! Looks like a wicked collection you've got there, I'm mega jealous! You planning on doing much work to the Sierra? Yea but nothing too drastic, the paint is becoming a little thin in places after 26 years of being polished no doubt so a blow over respray is in order. Also I purchased a Scorpio Cosworth estate the other day for the engine so that will be going in at some point..
Hawkeye92
I didn't realise there even was a Scorpio Cossie! Shows my ignorance I guess... Nice work man, great to see someone interested in their older Fast Fords. Might seem like a really childish question, but which is quicker, the capri or the sierra? I'm guessing the Capri can be a bit of a handful in the corners?

I'm guessing the Capri can be a bit of a handful in the corners? The Capri is quicker in a straight line, but the sierra would have it in the corners easily. Once you get used to how a capri drives they handle very well for a car with a live axle and leaf springs... my Capri has the same cosworth engine in it that im pulling out of this scorpio and gets mid 13 second 1/4 miles at santa pod
