Hi my name's Jimmy I've just bought a 2013 focus Zetec S 16 tdci. Was wondering of you can swop headlight switch as mine's doesn't have Auto function. I've seen a switch on ebay if I swop them over will this work?. Also has standard headlamp looking to put one with daylight running light's is this a plug and go. Or more complex. Thanks Jimmy

    Welcome to the club Jimmy, nice looking focus you have there. I would imagine it's slightly more complex than just fitting a switch but you never know. The MK2 used to have a sensor behind the rear view mirror so required the rear view mirror to be changed if I'm not mistaken?

    Think you have it right there James, normally you would need a sensor, and to do that, you need to make sure the fuse and the GEM boards have both got the wiring and the logic in place to support the auto sensors. Its possible that a swap will do, but its most unlikely.
