My local service station in leigh on sea has tried three times now to repair my windows but still they slip and jam up So far its cost 198 pounds and will cost me more they say ,they said they used oringinal parts but now on my last visit admit using pattern parts

Do you think this could be the problem ?

    Pattern parts always sound better financially but they often don't fit/work properly.

    I'd insist on OEM parts and refuse to pay for any further work as they have mislead you causing more expense.

    I think you may need to reconsider your choice of Garage too as obviously they are slightly unscrupulous in charging you such a price for parts that are probably a fraction of the cost of original bits.
