jerseymick
Hi , Recently bought a 2005 ( 07/2005 ) on a 05 plate Ford Focus 2.0i Ghia. Trying to locate an original owners manual ( not a downloadable copy ). How do you establish which genaration the focus is ? And finally , what happened to the clock ! Is there a clock option to fit ? I miss not knowing the time. Thanks.
Stoney871
This is the serial number of the handbook relevant to your car. Sorry the pic is sideways, rough and ready edit on the fly.

Stoney871
Does the aftetmarket radio not have a clock setting?
jerseymick
Looking into that too as don't have a manual. Played around and found clock on radio but not found a way of making it default to display clock permanently.

jerseymick
Hi, Guess this should really now be in audio section so will probably copy it there. Thanks for the info guys. Now have the corect owners guide for the car but have just recently discovered the issue with the radio/cd unit. It is an Alpine CDE-103BT , and although i found a video clip on youtube showing how to adjust the clock , the clock was only available on U.S. versions of the unit and not European versions !! . Guess the clue was the fact that the guy in the video clip had an American accent ! So , apart from buying one of those crappy air vent clip on clocks or one with a sucker for the screen was now thinking of reverting to the original Sony 6 cd unit. Sort of trying to track one down but as my car would seem to be in the change over period ( 07/2005) mk2 or 2.5 ? guess i need to make sur it,s the right unit. Any ideas ? Cheers guys
Stoney871
Yours will be a MK2. This one will fit as long as you have the original fascia- http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=281203325256 Watch out for ones listed for Mondeo's as the radio is a different shape and therefore won't fit.
