Visteon Sat Nav

Featured Replies

Hi Guys

Sadly my sat nav unit has gone bang, i have tried lots of various avenues to locate a unit to replace my old one but nothing.

I have a Focus estate where the stereo console, sat nav, phone, climate etc fits into the center but has a curved bottom and not flat like the Mondeo`s. Does anyone out there no of a scrap yard or anywhere else that i may be able to locate one of these units.

A big thanks in advance, (hopefully a result may be near)

Cheers

Steve

Hi Steve,

Your probably best to replace it with an aftermarket unit I would expect its probably cheaper in the long run.

The SATNAV will be difficult to find in a scrappy as its a higher value piece of kit, even writing the car off, people are more likely to grab it and stick it on ebay.

I would suggest that you may be best starting there looking for a replacement though, or you could adjust the surround to match the unit.
