car been runnin rough changed the pcv tube as it collapsed run better but when tryin to start the car it stuggles. but runs great when driving.

so changed spark plugs runs even worse like its missing so put old plugs back in and ok.

and idea why it stuggles to turn over ?

you changed the pcv valve did you chsnge the hose it attatches to as this collapses like all fords when youre changing the plugs after these issues you must change the coil pack and the leads also if the new plugs make it worse then check the plug gap is 1.0mm out the box they arent set to that they are set to the old mesurement fromm 1999 of 1.3mm ford changed that a long time ago with my 1.8 it was a process of elimination starting with a free battery check then the pcv hose and valve then the idle control valve and finally coil leads and plugs before all was well again
