Knock Noise If Pull Of Quickly

hiya there iv recently noticed a knock coming from the front but only happens if i pull of quickly otherwise its fine?

does anyone have any ideas what this could be as i have had a quick look underneath and couldnt see nothing that loose,or what id be looking for

    I had this or similar and found the fire proof carpet at the back on the engine bay was loose and wasnt clipped in correctly, i removed the clips and put it back on and it has sorted it so have a look at that??

    Front arm bushes, it may also do it if you stop suddenly.
