Seatbelt Warning

Featured Replies

Hi all, for the last couple of weeks or so, the 'fasten your seatbelt' light and its charming tone have been coming on every now and then at first, but now almost every day. I always have my seatbelt on when I drive, and I know the fault is on the driver's side, as I noticed that pushing down the belt clip further into the receptacle stops the alarm straightaway. I was thinking of squirting a good dose of WD40 into to seatbelt receptacle, but I think there might also be a chance it buggers the sensor even more. The actual mechanism of the belt works fine. Anybody got any idea or suggestion?

Thanks for your time,

Boosh.

Does sound like the sensor is struggling to register a connection, you may need to replace the holder if a burst of fish oil doesnt help?

U need check wiring under seat I wrecking u need new pretensioner
