Hi everyone! I have an 07 plate fiesta tdci. It is a great economical car however on thursday something went wrong with the clutch. The previous night the car was absolutely fine but on thursday morning when I tried to reverse off the drive, there was no resistance in the clutch.

I have read online it could be a rod disconnected from the pedal but I have checked this myself and that is not the problem.

Anyone have any other ideas what the problem could be?

    Firstly check fluid level then look at clutch master cylinder for signs of leak then look where engine joins gearbox for any signs of fluid
