Rattle From Drivers Door Card

I have a very annoying rattle from the from drivers side door card it sounds like the door card is loose but its not. I haven't had a look behind it yet but just wondered if anybody had the same issue.

    My mate had this, we found it to be a loose window arm... Tightened it back up and the noise went!!

    Could be anything tho, loose wire, broken clip...

    Thanks the reason i asked is because of it being the chance of several things and thats narrowed it down.

    It sounds like a plastic rattle and like something is hitting the door card.

    My drivers door card has a plasticy creak near the top in the door handle area, especially when going over bumpy roads, I think the door card just needs to be removed and some of that felt padding stuff being stuck underneath, I have bought the felt but not got round to doing it yet as its too cold, I've got used to now anyway
