Black Box Hanging Off Help!!!

Hey guys, hit a curb the other day and my inner arch splashguard fell off , then i noticed theres a black box about 10 inches square ish , it is still connected by one bolt the other has snapped, it is loose and bounces, it looks like something to do with the airflow, i cant get it to a garage this time and im worried its something bad? Ive been told its the airbox resonator and its nothing to worry about, ive replaced wheel and splash guard but cant get this part anywhere as i dont know what it is

    If it has pipes to it it will be a resonator, wires would make it the ECU.

    Give me the model and yesr of your car and I'll have a dig.
