Hi Guys just joined up after finding this topic through Google.I have just got myself one of theses its a great bit of kit for the money but does anyone else get some kind of interference through the microphone ?

With regards the microphone, I don't get any feedback, its possible you have a faulty model or depending on where you where when testing it, this may have generated feedback

I have just upgraded my camera,i had the cdv300x from china and got me a mobius as i won it and didn't think

i would.

The cdv300x is spot on and the mobius is amazing for a small item and had the lense B V2 and great.

There are good and bad things with both but the 300x one is easy to hide as fitted to plastic piece on mirror

and because lense can move not the camera its hard to see,no sucker on window or angled camera.

Mobius has loads of setting and so many things you can do with it but still need to angle the camera in the car.

I think the microphone is over sensitive and picking up the heater motor lol

On another note once the screen goes blank how do you know its still recording ?

Aint these got a light that's on to say in record mode

The red light flashes but thats only shown when the screen is on ?

I see what you mean,i have a red dot on the screen when recording but i also

have a red light on the unit that flashes to say its still recording.

Mine pick up the wipers bad lol.

Nah once the screen goes off there is no external indication of its recording but it Continues though. It's as much a case of trust it, but with loop record, it should be fine and a case of leave it to it...

Must admit I don't recall seeing that image, your in video with loop record set and standard iso settings game, that icon does looking it could be a setting though.

Well, after flirting with other cams to try and find alternative cheap camera's, I am back to the GS8000L. Just bought two more, on front, one rear - Its working perfectly once again!

and yes as advised above, that symbol was indeed disabled mic.
