Any else got this engine? Can you tell me what sort of MPG you get from it?

Yup! 27-30 mpg around town driving. Motorway run get 40 mpg...that is if I don't cane it! If my right foot becomes a bit heavy then around 33-34mpg on motorway. what figures you getting?

Nothing at the minute. I've only done 13 miles in it since I bought it and that was a month ago.

I saw figures on the net stating 40.7 combined. So was expecting about 30

Mine around town is around 28 but motorway around 40 if i take it very easy.

Forget what figures say the mpg will depend on distance driven driving style the type of driving you do ie town etc the outside temperature the amount of electrics you use if you go up hills or gradients so no mpg will be the same 40 can be done on the motorway combined never will you see that mid 20s to 38mpg is the most likely

Yeah thats why I was expecting around 30ish.

You can easily get 500 out of a full tank put 30 quids worth in mine last weekend did 235 mile running between Ellesmere Port and Oldham for two days usually put 15 in for the week running to work which equates to 90 mile with a little running around town I,ve heard of figures in the 60 mpg range but I,ve driven mine all over the country in various conditions and not got any where near that I,m no speed freak but no doodler either best I,ve had is 50 mpg .try to stick to 70 on the motorway on cruise and usually return around 43 mpg
