Featured Replies

Hi there, i own a focus mk2 facelift 1.8 tdci and was wonderibg if it is possible for the 2.0tdci turbo to fit on my car? Also are there any ways to improve my bhp torque ? I know about remaps but is there anythibg elce?

Thanks jordanpost-49774-0-29150800-1389319468_thumb.j

2.0 tdci is a pergeot engine compared to the ford lynx 1.8 so i doubt it would be a straight swap. with a good remap such as bluefin you should get as much power as a stock 2.0l diesel

i've asked this question to Fast Ford mag and they said its not possible due to the way the manifold/turbo is set up unless you get a custom manifold made. They said it was better to install the 2.0 engine instead due to the costs/gain available.
