Hi Guys

I bought a 2003 fiesta 1.4 zetec with 54000 miles on Friday which passed its MOT in November 2013. The certificate has some advisories, can anyone tell me the approx cost and if these are important enough for the need to sort straight away?

N/S front brake disc, pitted or worn but not seriously weakend

O/S front brake disc, pitted or worn but not seriously weakend

N/S front shock absorber has light misting of oil

N/S rear coil spring corroded

O/S rear coil spring corroded

(Rack) Power steering component has slight seepage from component

Noise from brakes

Exhaust corroded

Any feedback is much appreciated thank you.



discs and pads say £80

front shocker replace in a pair say 75-80 again

rear springs say 45 quid..

pas rack 2nd hand looking at 70 ish

exhaust depends on where, but it 1 part is corroded then the other will follow if it has not been replaced

price for parts only just as a rough guide....labour from a garage i recon 200 mayb a tad more
