Hi everyone, I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone can help with a problem I'm having on my 2009 fiesta 1.6 Zetec S petrol!

The voice control button on the indicator stalk has stopped working and my Bluetooth will not connect to my phone.

The Bluetooth light on the centre display is still on and I can't seem to turn it off.

When I press the phone button on the console it still brings up the phone menu like address book etc whereas I've read some places that if people press the phone button it mutes the radio which is not happening on my car.

Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated

    You seem worried, there is no need we see many a vauxhall owner pass through the opening phases they very rarely make it through the embarrassment of admitting they ever owned one.
