Looking to get some footwell lights in preperation for my car arriving.

Will these do for the footwell lights and also the number plate lights?

Also, in a mk7.5 are they just a straight swap for the original bulbs (no modification)?

    Yes they'll be fine, any 501 bulbs will fit. There also just a straight swap yes. If I'm honest though I'd recommend some different bulbs as the ones you've linked aren't the best. Try some with smd's all around to distribute a better white light output.

    Someone recently has posted pixs of their car with blue footwell lights and will be able to link you as they looked really bright and I think it's only one light per footwell

    It's just one light socket in each footwell mate :) and two on the registration plate

    Looks good mate :) getting mine in red so didn't really want blue. Think white will look good. Wish they stuck With the red dials and screen like in my current fiesta
