Got in my car yesterday and the gears are really hard to select and really stiff. The clutch is fine and theres no crunching sound....could anyone shed any light on it , thank you

    so is it moving the gearstick between gears thats the issue? is it indifferent, easier or harder when the engine is off than when it is on?
