So Far I have changed my Ordinary Key for a Flip Type conversion off eBay cost about £7.00 but then you have to FULL DISMANTLE the key to get the blade cut so final cost etc was about £20 still a bargain tho. I have also added a Blutetooth Recevier to the Aux Input so i can Play music off my phone without leads running everywhere and upraged to LEDs in the Numberplate light and am now considering fitting HID's again.

Depends what you class as cheap lol I've just bought braided brake lines for £47 which I thought was cheap.

You could get overlays for yiy

Your* badges from dmb for £15.

Can get small bits like calipers etc sprayed/dipped for about £75 which again I think is a relatively cheap mod.

Depends what you want from your car!

depending whether its prefacelift or facelift and what spec you have.

Simple mods for lx models are things like. footwell lights, rear leccy windows, fog lights, rear courtesy light, extra boot lighting, upgrade 6000cd radio to the sony 6cd or mp3 version, larger I/C interior upgrade, led bulbs, auto dipping mirror, auto headlights etc.

The Jaguar x-type is basically the same car as the Mondeo mk3, so the Jag wheels fit straight on, Focus mk2 (including the st225 ones) and later mondeo wheels (mk4) also fit. Obviously st220/ ST-TDCI wheels fit on too

My favorite cheap mods are remap (including Bluefin) or a premium tuning box
