Mk3 Mondeo Diesel New Clutch Dmf And Slave Struggles To Go Into First And Reverse

Featured Replies

Changed dmf clutch slave bearing and replace all the transmission oil and cam sensor, since then struggles to engage 1 and reverse, have to engage 2 then go into first or reverse, all parts were ford replacement parts, any ideas? Driving me mad, plus system is fully rid off air

Sounds like a fault with the clutch pressure plate.

I have had it with some after market clutches I have fitted.

I have also come across the same problem but have got to the bottom of it by back bleeding the slave cylinder
