Foot Wells And Plates Done

Featured Replies

Changed my footwell lights over for some red LEDs today and switched the number plate lights to some white LEDs... I'm chuffed with plate but a little disappointed with the spread of light in the footwells.

Yeah the Red footwell lights look abit underwhelming

i think you must've bought the same footwell lights as me but mine are blue, mine look brighter than that but again i only have like a circle of light like yours which isnt ideal

Yeah think I shoulda got these ones... Probably will buy another set. The brightness is fine (bad pic) but it's just the spotlight effect that isn't ideal

Bulbs are a straight swap mate

Oh right cool is that link you put on for both sides or do you need to buy two?

Takes about 7 days delivery, these are the ones that will fill the footwell up.

Roger.

Do what BigRog says and you won't be disappointed ;)

I did what you said Nathan & I'm not.

I can't take credit for your find. :)

So do you just unplug the normal bulb and plug the red ones or do you have to do some DIY wiring haha

Haha!!

I put in some of these aswell instead of the dull yellow one's. I bought mine from amazon got a pack of 10 for next to nothing just incase any go faulty. fitted a LED strip above the glove box aswell while I was at it seeing as mine didn't come with one. I believe the Titanium/zetec models come with a red one factory fitted?

Happy with the results none the less!
