Air Fresheners

Featured Replies

Even the California ones in the tub linked ? Heard of them reacting with the plastic before tbh

Lol, seen this thread going on for a while, and when I first spotted it, I thought to myself WTF, Next one will be what type of air is best to fill my tyres with haha. But back on subject, I kinda like the black magic tree,,,,, can't remember what it's called as it's currently sat on my rear view mirror, and I'm parked on my couch watching 'police interceptors' but it does the job for me lol.

Black ice ;)

Any gel will affect the plastic or at least leave a sticky mess.

The one's I specifically mean are the ones that just stick on like a blob of jelly.

This is what I use, a quick shot in the air vents and the car smells clean and fresh.

Ahhh I see I see okay, never seen them tbh. Thought you meant the ones in a tub melt and spill out.

The spray looks good, seen a few sprays like jelly belly etc recently.

You need to be careful with some air fresheners as they can melt plastic. A friend if mine put an air freshener onto her Saab dash and it melted its way right through. The company paid up in the end for a new piece of dash.

I second the California scent, got a cherry one in my car, comes in a pin a bit like the ones you'd get nuts in..

Word of warning though, leave it in the tub, otherwise you'll transfer oil and other unknown substance not o surfaces and it can damage plastics!

Had mine for around a month though, gets better with age
