Nathan54771
I've just been and collected my new st rear diffuser from ford, it's getting painted at the bodyshop tomorrow :) But I'm looking for some help or guidance in removing the old ZS diffuser, I've seen that there's two pot rivets under the corner flaps, do I need to drill these out and give it a pull ? I've seen EGD5M's guide but doesn't mention how to get the old one off. Just looking for any help or info before I give it a go. Thanks :)
Jordanch
Sorry I can't help you with that, but how much did you pay for that and the exhaust tip? Will look good once finished! Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC mobile app
Nathan54771
I payed 110 for the parts from ford and 30 for the exhaust from Halfords :) thanks dude I'm hoping so, can't wait to get it fitted.
matt1981
Doesn't the zs exhaust angle downwards? If so how will you fit the new tip?
Nathan54771
If you look at this thread http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/45752-exhaust-on-ford-fiesta-zs/page-3 You have to take a few inches or whatever off the standard exhaust to straighten it out
matt1981
Ah I see. That's a great mod for the price
Mordey
I may be wrong here but i think I read on here that the end pieces are different from the zs to the st
Nathan54771
I know hopefully will look good and no that's on the pre-facelift. The facelift has the corner pieces on the zs :)

Jordanch
I think it looks great too. Are you having the bottom candy blue? What happens with warranty if you end up cutting some of the exhaust off? Nathan54771
Yeh it's going getting sprayed candy blue tomorrow :) and I don't think anything happens ? It's only an inch or so to straighten it, they'd never notice. if it failed they would but what's the chances of that ? Hahaa

666Damian666
Maybe photoshop the alloys but I think Gun Metal would look good on Candy Blue
