Kris. There are other videos of him showing off before the accident. It shows him revving his engine at a zebra crossing then gunning it down the road. I have no sympathy for these middle eastern playboys who come here just to drive like muppets around london.

If he was driving responsibly, he would've had time to brake.

50% his fault for going too fast and not using due care when manoeuvring around an obstruction in his lane.

25% the fault of the plum who parked oposite a junction.

25% the fault of the guy who pulled out on him, I would have apportioned more blame on him but as flash was going too fast it would have been difficult to accurately judge adequate clear distance to pull out.

I would have considered all three for prosecution.

Like I said, I didn't see the other clips of him being a fool. Didn't look like he was entirely to blame in the clip I did see.

Bikers get similar abuse and blame all the time.

Just so it's clear for anyone that presumed I was defending the guy. Speeding in towns, cities, villages etc, is inexcusable. In fact, speeding anywhere that might get someone else hurt is inexcusable, and you should get the book thrown at you.

Risking your own life is fine, putting someone else's at risk isn't.

I just don't get it why these guys fly their exotic machinery out here to drive like total bellends around Mayfair and Knightsbridge? Mummy and daddy would have been far better off paying for an advanced course, and said driver should maybe look at the road, however the blonde probably had his spam javelin down her throat at the time.
