    Hammer an block wood u just hammer them out flip subframe an hammer in with wood not damage new one

    Or a press but dont forget to mark the postion off old 1s before taking out as theres 2 types that fit these a pair on the back that have almost like a L shape on the back and 2 that are round almost on the back.so u need to of each mark them up then mark new 1s up ruffly the same so they seat back sqaure.i press out 1 then fit its replacement in. i just done mine it took about 45mins to press in n out had trouble with 1.i did buy a bush tool but it wouldnt budge them so it was off to dads garage n pressed them in
