No Gps On Built In Sat Nav On 2010 Focus

Hello all

This is my first post so please bear with me

I have a 2010 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI Zetec-S and the GPS has failed on the built in Sat-Nav but the radio works fine , I contacted my local dealer who advised me to replace the aerial which I did but this hasn't resolved the issue and the only other thing they have said they can do is send the head unit away to be tested.

Ive taken the unit out and also looked at the antenna plate behind the interior light and haven't found anything which could be causing the issue

Any suggestions on how I can get working again would be gratefully received
