NeillB
Hi there, wondered if anyone might have an idea of what my problem is. I've been on holiday for a week and my Mondeo has been sat on my drive during that time. When I drove it today as I set off I noticed a quiet knocking noise coming from the back passenger area .. Outside the car. The noise gets quicker as I speed up. If I turn right, the noise is still there. When turning left or reversing the noise doesn't appear to be there. I've had a look underneath and all seems ok, wheel nuts are tight and wheel seems in good condition. I'd appreciate any ideas you guys may have. ppeter7
it could be a tyre or wheel bearing.tyre might be out of shape that could cause it. these are things i look at 1st before suspension as u say it increases with speed
