hi everyone new to forum and this is first post ive just bought a 2006 ford fiesta tdci 1.4, and after looking over it to clean bits up on it ive found a small pipe in the engine bay not attached on one side and it seems to have been covering everything in black soot. had a look but cant see where it goes? any help on the parts or where it should go. would be great thank you.post-53382-0-69437900-1397561032_thumb.j whats the part at the back for because that is where it comes from and goes round the side and then attaches to nothing? where should it go please.

    My first suggestion would be to take it back to where you got it from and ask them before you start fiddling.

    If you've only just bought it, you should be taking it back to the seller as they have sold you a faulty car.
