Condensation on windscreen

It has started appearing on the very bottom of the windscreen, just above the dashboard. Seems to be in any weather, but can be cleared with a quick blast of air con or cold air. I have also noticed the wind sound at high speeds seems to be getting louder, or maybe I'm just getting paranoid?

Anyone had this or have any clues please?
