I am having trouble finding a workshop manual for my y reg escort van (1.8 d) are they not in print any more or something because I can only find upto an x reg. Or are there any downloadable manuals out there?

If not does anybody know what the head bolt sequences are?

I will have a proper look tomorrow but it dosent say endura on the rocker just '1.8 diesel' its the non turbo version. I will check it out tomorrow and confirm though. Thanks

Ok, might be a later engine then (C9DA/C9DE), see if you can find the code.

I cant seem to find the code I have checked for stickers in the doors and the cylinder head and around the engine do ypu know the specific location? It dosent help that the head gasket is gone and has been leaking for a while and their is oil absolutely everywhere. Here is a pic though just incase it can be identified

as it is only his text i can see for some reason he says at the end thanks for the document and i was worndering if you sorted him out with the engine manual or you know where i can get one
