Ford Boot Lock

Featured Replies

I have a 2003 mondeo the power is not getting to the boot when I press the button in the car or on the key fob. The book lock is working ok as I have but 12 volt to it and the lock works.

its either a fuse gone or common fault is there is normaly a break in the wires where the tailgate hinges to body. If u open tailgate you will see 2 rubber tubes running from body to tailgate, you need to pull back the larger 1 and inside you will see the loom i expect theres a broken wire amongst that lot regards pete
