2 Newbie Questions, Radio And Rear Seats

Featured Replies

Hi, when I bought my mondy all radio stations were tuned in/preset, and Ive been trying to chnage some presets, but cant figure out how to 'store' new channels, no obvious buttons!

Its the standard mk3 ford radio! How pls?

next, I was going to put the back seats down to get a ladder in, but just cant find what to press or pull- usually there is a button or strap visible.. so hows that done pls?

Silly questions I know, but if you dont know, you dont know!!

Cheers

I cant remember what radio was in my Mk 3 Mondy as it was quite a few years ago. Normally you find the station and then press and hold down the station button that you want it linked to for a few seconds.I am however hoping your stereo has the numbered buttons.

Sorry but cant remember how the rear seats are released either. If its a hatchback I would of thought that there is a button on the top corner of each of the backrests. If its a saloon there could be a pull release in the boot on either side.

as Bruce says, it tends to be a find the station, and press and hold the preset. This has been the way with all radios I have owned (ford and not) so it should work for you.

Thanks for the replies, yeh it seems obvious now!!

So, how do the backseats come down then? I havent found the button yet!!

just under the seatbelt, at the top alongside the headrest there is a button, press this to release and then pull the seats forward to release.
