Does anyone know if is a straight swap between then MK4(2010) headlights with the face lifted (2011 onwards) model as I want projectors and daylights.

    I thought they were the same units to be honest.

    The DRL's are in the bumper and are a separate item.

    Is it not just the xenon headlight units that are projector style?

    Xenon in mine but they are self leveling so very much doubt it's a straight swap I'm afraid.... you can do a HID conversion on yours though. Plenty of kits on evil bay.

    Ive got normal bulbs in my front lenses, but they are projector style with self levelling and turning function
