Complete clutch kit fitted to a 52 plate tdci& changed broken crank sensor bracket changed. Engine turns over but will not fire & run.any ideas!!

If the DMF has gone then the starter might be dead? or the timing could well be out.

the dmf & clutch is new ,engine turns over but wont fire up.crank sensor bracket was changed as original was damaged,up to doing the clutch engine started on key.

yeah I wonder if when your DMF went, the filings could have been thrown to the starter beyond that as you were replacing it?

Other than that, I would say see if you can get your hands on a diagnostic kit, or code reader or something to check and wipe the error codes then see what comes back.

It was the slave cyclinder that gave out,it was then we found the state of the crank senser bracket. tried kwif fits fault finder no luck.

There are differences in the number of teeth on the flywheel for the crank sensor, if you have fitted the wrong one it won't start.
