Where To Install Cl Actuators - Mk4 Fiesta

Hi, everyone.

I've just purchased a central locking system, but I'm unsure as to where to install the actuators on a Mk4 Fiesta. If I install them outside of the door, then the door card won't fit over the top. If I install them inside the door, there's not enough room for the rods to move, since the cable is on the outside of the door, under the door card.

Has anyone had any success doing this before? Does anyone have any photos showing the actuator, rod and how the rod connects to the cable, or some good old fashioned advice?

I thought this was going to be straight forward, but so far it's been anything but.
