Avalon Blue Or Avalon Grey

Has anyone else out there got a ford in avalon blue/grey. Is there both colours out there or is it the same as my log book says blue but I keep seeing avalon grey on the net. I want to get s chip repair pen from Halfords but they only seem to do avalon grey which seems to look very similar to my colour. I'm a bit confused by it :S

    Cant say I understand how the blue and grey can be so similar. I could swear I have seen other people who refer to their car as avalon blue

    Is it worth going to Ford to get the kit? its around a tenner, which is not too dissimilar to the price of Halfords?

    I think the blue/grey both refer to the same colour. Quite a lot of my friends describe it as "a bluey-greyish"

    I think the V5 colours describe thd closest colour visually, whereas the paint name choice has a certain amount of artistic licence
