Hi, I recently bought a cotton air filter from ebay for my ford focus 1.8 zetec 53 reg tdci I was assured by the seller this item would fit, all went well until I came to remove the airbox from the car to my surprise there was a small pipe attached to the bottom of the filter box , can anyone help as I am unsure what to do with the small pipe it clearly is fitted to the box for a reason, any help would be greatly appreciated
