The other day when driving down the A4 towards the M4 this Ford Focus RS Turbo was in front of me, as it was rush hour traffic was behind it all the way to the beginning of the M4 then as soon as we came of the flyover woosh and the car was gone. I tried to keep up with it but I can only get a ton so he must of been doing,???

The guy can't of been much older than 22 so I did a quick quote for that car £7,500 and I'm 52. His must be in the 10,000 + bracket range

£7,500 for insurance. !Removed! hell. I know it's a fast car but that's taking the Mick.

This can't be right I'm 24 and read this thinking god that's my plans for that car in few years time out window. So I did a quote on a rs500 that's on eBay for 45k and these we're my results.

A friend of mine tried to get insurance for focus Zetec 1.4 and the cheapest was £3,000 I was lucky in that I found asda otherwise I would have been paying grand plus focus. Got to remember that in London everything is a total scam. It will cost you £400 + just to insure a ped

I'm in East Yorkshire and to be fair the area is good. I've always been quite lucky with insurance. My first car was £1800 on a 1.4 seat Ibiza. Then I got a golf tdi and that was £1400 and then went down to £1100 on renewal.

Then I bought a Audi Tt 225 and that was just short of £1000.

Then sold to get house sorted. And got a nissan almera 2.2 diesel handed down to me from family member and that was £485 to insure

Traded that in and got the ST and started a new insurence (as previous insure wouldn't insure it) and I payed £420 for the year :) I've been Lucky I guess living in good area. But never realised the difference your post code can make to your insurence till I came on here.
