What Kind Of Stereo Comes As Standard In A S-Max?

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

just ordered a new s-max from the dealership and should be getting it in the next few weeks.

one thing i wanted to clarify - the standard stereo.

i wanted one with a aux connection - usb is a bonus

speaking to the sales person he did say the standard did have a usb and aux connection.

however looking at the pics in the brochure i couldnt see either one. the one i test drove was a year old and again i couldnt see one.

i know the sony version which was in a b-max that the showroom had an aux and usb.

could someone clarify which one will come or will i have to have words upon receiving the vehicle?

Hi Imran,

I think its the 6000CD V3 which by default doesnt have it.

I will move this question to the SMAX thread and someone more knowledgeable may come along.

The Aux and USB sockets are concealed in the pedestal console.
